La Meule - 11 Ker Arnaud - House with garden - 3 bedrooms

This charming fisherman's house of 130m² is located 5 minutes by bike from the port of La Meule, and the picturesque wild coast, 15 minutes by bike from Saint-Sauveur, and 20 minutes by bike from Portjoinville.
It offers warmth & authenticity, and can accommodate 6 to 8 people:
* 3 bedrooms (including a small one of 9 m2 accessible from the garden only, which has its own bathroom with wc)
* 1 convertible sofa in the TV area. It is a passage space which serves the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Not being an isolated room, it lacks privacy and tranquility.
The living room that brings together the kitchen, the dining area and the living room is particularly convivial with its large fireplace (wood not supplied)
The 150 m² garden, equipped with a BBQ, is a perfect place for a bit of reading or a happy meal!
Board games, books, tourist guides, CDs, CDs and CDs are available.
Our rates include cleaning, sheets, towels & tea towels, and WIFI connection.

Séjour Île d'Yeu
Excellent séjour dans un cadre authentique, idéalement situé sur la côte sauvage. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée dans un petit hameau au calme, très agréable à vivre et spacieuse pour un séjour en famille, on s'y sent bien tout de suite.
