House / Villa - Saint Briac sur Mer

Newly built house (2012), friendly, comfortable, detached home, with a fenced garden in a very quiet area on the edge of the countryside, not far from beautiful patrolled beaches and the famous sights of the Emerald Coast.

Located in a place with large oak trees, near a supermarket (600m), the terrace is directed towards West. Saint-Briac-sur-Mer (the town center is only 10 minutes walk from the house), is a small seaside town full of character and an old fishing village. Nature and sea-side lovers may enjoy the eight sandy beaches and coves. The Blue Flag ("Pavillon Bleu") rewards the quality of bathing water. The GR 34 (long national path in the French trail system), i.e. the track along the coast of Brittany starting from Mont-St-Michel, is 1 km away.
The house includes all equipment and everything to host a baby.

Location idéale pour un couple ou une famille avec trois enfants dans une région intéressante et variée. Maison récente, très soignée et impeccablement propre où rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable. Beau jardin avec aire de jeux. Environs agréables dans un lotissement aux familles. Voiture recommandée. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires très gentils et attentifs. Nous recommandons la location vivement et sans restrictions.
