Blacksmith Lodge is a premium 3 bedroom townhouse designed for comfort and efficiency. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Monashee mountains and soak in the deluxe private hot tub after a great snow day on the hill. Ski-in Ski-out just a few steps from your door!

LAYOUT:
Entry level has the BUNK HOUSE which can sleep 4 children. One double-single and one single-single bunk can accommodate them all downstairs. Comfy couches, TV, Nintendo . . . the kids will be well entertained one their own floor. A full bathroom for the kids as well.
The Second level is where everyone can meet. The kitchen, dining room and living room all flow into each other so it lends itself to being the most social area. TV, fireplace and comfy couches for relaxing.
The hot tub is located on a covered deck just outside the kitchen. There is also an office on this floor for those people who just might have to get a few things done while on holiday.
The Third level has the Master bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom including jetted tub. A second Master which also has a full bathroom with a rain shower. Front loading washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

Excellent stay!
Our reservation was for two families- 4 adults, 4 kids in total for a week of skiing during spring break. We found this property to be the perfect set-up for our needs. The basement included a heated garage that we could get changed in/out of our ski gear and it also had plenty of hooks for everything to dry. The basement was a great hangout spot for the kids - two bunk beds, recliners, a TV, bathroom, etc. We found the kitchen on the main floor plenty big enough for meal sharing, and the hot tub was enjoyed after skiiing - a nice view of the yellow gondola and other homes in the area. Unfortunately, I also used the office on the main to check work emails during our stay…a nice private area. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each had private bathrooms and were comparable in size, which alleviated any arguing over the bedrooms. The location was perfect - ski in/out. At the start of the day, we carried our skis from the garage to the front of the property and skied down to plaza chair. At the end of the day, when the road was not plowed we we were able to ski directly to the garage. After the road was plowed, we had to pop off our ski’s and walk past 6 units (probably 50m). Overall, we were very happy with this rental, and are already talking about reserving the same location next year for our annual trip. Thanks for having us!

Pretty good condo
Decent condo, layout is a bit cramped and hot tub deck and entrance very awkward and not facing the mountains or fireworks... but overall pretty good, host communicated well when we had a hot tub problem and worked with us to check in early, heated garage nice for gearing up or down

Easy ski and out!
There were many features we loved about this property but the best feature is that you can get to Happy Valley easily and you can get to Plaza chair and Ridge easily as well! The room layout was great and its nice to have so many bathrooms. There was everything you need in the kitchen which made meal time a breeze. We LOVED the parking outside and using the garage as a place to get ready to ride. It is nicely heated to dry up all the gear! All in all a great family trip! Thank you!
