Clean and comfortable tri-level home located at the corner of McKinley Park. Nestled among tree lined streets, The Tree House is fully furnished and includes 2 queen size bedrooms, a third bedroom with a twin bed and trundle and a desk; a stocked kitchen with dining area and a living room. The first bathroom includes a shower and the second bathroom includes a double vanity with a bath/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer available for guest use.

Just a short walk from the Tree House is beautiful McKinley Park. The park has so much to enjoy! A stunning rose garden, children's play area, pool, tennis courts, walking/jogging trails, library and a duck pond!

We are also located in close proximity to the highway, downtown Sacramento, restaurants, the State Capital, museums, and Sacramento State University.

HOME LAYOUT: As stated, this property is a tri-level property. The entry way is on street level with no stairs to the door. Upon entering the home, there is a nice sized entry way, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Up a flight of stairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed, second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Up a half a flight of stairs is the open kitchen/living/dining space, and the reason we have named this house the Tree House. Off the living space is a third bedroom with twin bed and trundle. There is also a porch located off of the living space which has a small seating area and a grill. Many extended families enjoy this property because there is privacy and separation of bedroom space.

Property sleeps 6 comfortably in beds, and sleeps 8 with a queen sized air mattress.
