Wonderful
We were two women celebrating our 60th birthday for a week and we loved the place. Second bedroom is reminiscent of a sleeping car on a train but added to the fun. Great amenities and location. Will return for sure as we didn’t want to leave!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison à proximité immédiate de tout : la plage, les commerces, les animations (notamment les manèges : essentiel quand on a des enfants en bas âge), etc. Bien que situé au cœur de la ville, le logement est très calme. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la semaine du festival "Un Violon Sur Le Sable" et avons pu entendre quelques notes en ouvrant la fenêtre (il s'agit de concerts de musique classique amplifiée tardifs -- début à 22h) mais le silence était de retour la fenêtre fermée grâce au double vitrage. La décoration a été refaite avec goût et rend le lieu apaisant. L'équipement est tout à fait satisfaisant : rien ne manque. Comme prévu par le propriétaire, notre fille de 4 ans a apprécié le côté "petit nid douillet" du lit dans l'alcôve, au rez-de-chaussée, alors que nous avions quelques craintes de ce côté-là. Le plan "inversé" de la maison (Les pièces de vie -- cuisine, séjour, WC -- sont à l'étage alors que les chambres et la sdb sont au rez-de-chaussée), qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce et qui peut surprendre, ne nous a pas gênés du tout. Le jardin est petit mais a le mérite d'exister et la véranda est ombragée dès le midi, ce qui est appréciable. Si le parking n'est pas facile dans la rue en journée du fait de la proximité de la plage (revers de la médaille...), il redevient tout à fait gérable le soir. Le propriétaire a toujours été à l'écoute de nos besoins. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Bel emplacement à 50 m de la mer
Maison très bien agencée et calme, proche des commerces. Tout le confort est présent comme à la maison, il ne manque rien. De plus, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Charlot. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette belle ville de Royan.
