Great location, beautiful home, friendly host
We found this booking after much searching for a decent accommodation online. I booked immediately as it appeared as an option especially due to the need for Air Conditioning. The host was friendly and kind to work with. All of our accommodations needs were met. The location was great less than 11/2 hr from the Montego Bay Airport. Lots of attractions close by even a free beach. We even had a hiccup with our transportation and the host quickly recommended us to someone who was able to accommodate our large group. We would definitely stay at this house again upon our return to the island.

Great place to stay tosee different Jamica Islands
My family of 8 people rented this house 12/05/16-12/10/16. The house was spacious & immaculate cleaned. The owner worked with me before arrival to get things as I requested. I wasn't disappointed. Each couple had a restroom to use. Two bedrooms had the restroom in their bedroom space. The other two bedrooms were just steps outside their bedroom door. It had a large dinning room table that allowed us all to eat our meals together or just sit around it to plan our next day activities or play games. We each had a television in our room, as well as, an air conditioning unit. That was very nice because it provided each couple to control their desired temp in their room. Of coarse, a television and air conditioning unit was in the living room as well. The house had two areas outside that was perfect also to play game or just enjoy family. The house location (Runaway Bay) wasn't far from Ochio Rios. Montego Bay was about 1 hour away. We also visited Negril. It was easy for us to rent van transportation to get around to these different islands. ALL of the van drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Some of the group attended a Sunday morning church service nearby the house. The people there were very welcoming and friendly. There was lot of activities to choose to do. One of the family member elected to pay for international cell service. She received text, calls, made calls, etc very fast. Another one, also used international package to make and receive calls from the USA. Both of them used their cells in the house and everywhere we went. The others of us chose not to pay for the service. We never got good wifi service in the house. However, that is international. I travel international often and I always opt out to pay for my international cell service so I did not expect the house to provide me good wifi service. So, those who want wifi, etc while visiting another country, check with your cell phone company before you leave so that you may decide the international cell package you may want. Each bathroom had cleaned towels and hotel size soap bars. I opt to take my soap when I travel international and sometime within the states. That way, I have what I am accoustom of using. Everyone in my family loved and enjoyed this rental house. I did all of the money transactions as far as paying for the rental, etc. Of coarse, I used my credit card. We paid $100 refundable deposit for possible damage which I received quickly.

Property was great.l give it 4 stars for appearance,space and use of the property.
Our stay was wonderful the house was great,clean,but only two televisions had cable and we had no WiFi ,so it inconvenience us alot.
