It has 3 bedrooms but only 2 bedrooms are available to our guests, and it has 2 baths, large modern kitchen, a large living and dining room with wood burning fire place, enclosed by 4 large sliding glass doors that give out to 35 sqm of outside balconies. The apartment has a total inside living space of 180 sqm.
The apartment has a traditional style with wood beam ceilings and furnished with antique furniture and fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, clothes washer and dryer. Internet ADSL and Wi-Fi available upon request.
From the living room and from the balconies there are splendid views of Monte Cucco, the hills of Gubbio, and the historic center of Sigillo.
The apartment is located next to the city park, where in the summer time are held feasts, night dancing, and theater plays.
At a distance of 3-4 Km from Sigillo are public open and covered swimming pools.
Sigillo, on the ancient Roman road Flaminia (SSN 3) is conveniently situated for easy connections to the Medieval Umbrian cities of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, and in the Marche region Urbino, Fabriano, and San Marino, all within 15 to 60 minutes.
The beaches are located at a distance of about 60 minutes: Fano, Senigalia, Ancona, and Riccione.
