Enjoy an affordable getaway in our cozy Breckenridge cabin in the woods. Located just south of town in the Blue River area of Breckenridge, our cabin offers easy access to skiing and the town of Breckenridge. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fire pit, private hot tub and room for the kids to run around. Right off Hwy 9 for each access. Stream runs along side of property for added ambiance. ALL THIS just 6 miles from the town of Breckenridge and world class skiing.
The furnishings and maintenance of this home will impress you when you walk in. The owners have decorated in modern mountain ski theme. Home features an open layout, perfect for entertaining with combination kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is well equipped and there are two dining areas - the dining room and an additional table in the eat-in kitchen - as well as bar stool seating to accommodate family dinners.
The living area has a wood burning fireplace and lots of windows making the room open and bright. Step out the front door to a large deck with gas grill.
The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is the bunk room and features two full bunk beds (sleep 2 in each bunk). The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share the main hallway full bath with bathtub and shower.
Our home has all the amenities you'll need for your stay, including full kitchen, linens, satellite TV (TVs in main living area and master bedroom), outdoor grill and fire pit located right next to the mountain stream. We also installed a private hot tub in December 2015. Awesome views!
Our home is perfect for one or two families (will easily accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 4 kids) and provides an inviting setting for a good book and wonderful mountain views, or an easy drive to the diverse activities in the Breckenridge area. It is located less than a mile from Quandary Peak, one of Colorado's majestic 14,000-foot mountains, and is minutes from skiing, shopping, dining, music and nightlife of historic Breckenridge.
In addition to the 10-mile range of ski slopes for which Breckenridge is famous, other world class skiing is within 45 minutes' drive, including Keystone (try night skiing), Arapahoe Basin (or A-Basin as locals call it) Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek. Fishing, golf, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, road and mountain biking, ice skating and horseback riding make the Breckenridge area a year-around destination for outdoor activities.

Welcome to our Breckenridge cabin. We purchased this home to provide a family friendly atmosphere in the mountains for our kids, to entertain family, and to enjoy skiing, biking, fishing, and everything the area has to offer.
Its our second home and we love the views, and the feeling of being away from town on an acre of land with room for kids to run around. We also love that town is only 8 minutes away, and that we can be on the slopes in 10 minutes.
Having two children of our own, living in a kid friendly home and environment is important to us. As a family, we love walking, fishing, skiing, jeeping, mountain biking, and exploring the area. One of our most favorite activities is going about a mile up the road to Blue Lakes and seeing the White Mountain Goats near the beautiful waterfalls.
And, best of all. We are very close to highway 9, and its very convenient to get to Breckenridge. It takes between 8 – 10 minutes to get to town. It’s a straight shot, with no turns and very easy. You also do not need to worry about needing a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We're just one block off Hwy 9, so we always have easy access.
