Upstairs tenants very loud

The condo is nice and the property management is very attentive. However, you can hear everything from the floor above, even just people walking around regularly. If they get up early or stay up late it definitely affects your ability to sleep. I would recommend getting a 3rd floor unit in this complex.

Great condo

We stayed here with another couple and all enjoyed the condo. Very clean, nice layout and close to the Village. It was about a 10 minute walk to the village. Managing representative was very responsive even during the weekend. Only things to note: kitchen is not stocked as described. Only kitchen staples stocked were pepper (no salt), syrup, coffee filters and coffee. Bring your own of everything else if you are planning to cook!

We should have worded that as "fully equipped kitchen," as what we were trying to convey that there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to cook your own meals, but we completely see how it sounded as if it was stocked with food! Nice condo for families. Great location.

Our family of 5 including 3 teenage boys stayed for 4 nights in August 2017. The location is terrific within easy walking distance of the base of the mountain. The condo is also convenient for driving into Jackson (20 minutes) and the National Park (10 minutes). The pool and tennis club is down the street as well and is great for cooling off with a swim after a day of hiking. The condo was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The only reason for giving 4 stars is the noise from the condo above. The ceiling is thin and we could hear the people walking around and talking. Altogether though we had a great experience and would recommend the condo to others.

We felt quite comfortable in this condo and loved the location!

The living room was comfortable with leather sofa and chairs, nicely equipped kitchen, beds were great. There were 3 adults and 3 children and it worked well. A couple of problems, the shower head in the bath in the twin bedroom wasn't working well and the dishwasher did not work at all. We wouldn't have minded washing the dishes by hand but we weren't provided any scrubbing pads or dishcloths for us to do our own. Phone calls were to be on an emergency basis only so we never reported the problems through email, which they requested. Other then those two small issues we all really enjoyed our stay and would rent from Outpost again.

Nice place-fun park

We enjoyed this stay. Everything was as expected. No air conditioning so we slept with the windows open. Birds Twitter at sunrise and then construction noise starts early. If you have allergies being your medicine. This is an upstairs unit in case you have trouble going up stairs. We did not see an elevator fyi.

Those were minor issues mostly out of the control of the owner. It's a great location close to the park. The road that leads in is somewhat bumpy, but my kids enjoyed that anyway. Plus we got to see a moose with her two calves while traveling on that bumpy road. It was really cool.

We really enjoyed visiting grand Tetons and staying at this condo.

Not quite as advertised

In general I'd describe my family's stay in this property as a disappointment. While advertised as luxury, I'd best describe it as average with a fancy coating. The unit shows its wear and tear. Rugs are ripped, pull out couch is unsleepable, lights burnt out, old holes in drywall, sliding door broken off closet, and many more. Owner unwilling to accept responsibility for issues and denies there are any issues. Be cautious renting from here as it is not quite as advertised.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, John did not contact us about any of these issues he had with the unit until after he had checked out. We are available 24/7 and are extremely responsive to guest needs. Most of the complaints listed are quick and simple fixes, and we've already coordinated with a repairman to take care of these items. This unit is a wonderful value, and all of our previous guests have offered positive feedback regarding this value and the fact that the unit is a nice home-away-from-home. We've never heard of any issues with the sleeper sofa, and the other furnishings in the unit are high end. It's true that people walk on the rugs and thus a bit of wear is inevitable. However, the unit is as pictured, and is very comfortable. Again, we try to work very closely with our guests on any needs they have during their stay. We also work very hard to create clean and comfortable environments in all of our units. We regret John didn't have the same positive experience that the majority of our guests have had in this unit, and we have already taken action to address his concerns.
