Beautifully decorated!! House features a whirlpool tub in master bedroom, flat screen Cable TV in every room including kitchen, and living room has DVD and VCR as well. High speed wireless internet.

House comfortably accommodates 14 guests. Enjoy our large kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining room table. House features intercoastal views and sunsets. This house features 2 large decks with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. Take a swim in the Summer Place Pool. Outdoor Shower with change area. Summer Place is a small neighborhood with upscale newer beach homes and less than a half a mile from Ocean Isle Town Center facilities. Great Experience
We had a great time at this property. We had three families staying together and had plenty of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was nice. There was plenty of deck room and room for all (11 people) to eat at the same time. Beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away. House was clean. It's really nicer than the pictures on the website.

Fantastic communication/response time from owner
I emailed the owner several times with questions about our stay. She was always quick to get back with me. Everything in the description is accurate. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoy our stay during our weeklong stay at the beach. Probably the best thing about this property is that there is a beach access right beside the house that makes getting to the beach a lot faster than other properties on this street.

House and area was amazing. We had an amazing vacation and house was perfect. Only complaint would have been clothes dryer did not dry clothes good. We had to run each load at least 2 to 3 times to get completely dry, but other than that it was great and would love to stay here again.
