Our Brookside condo is located on the forth floor with a spectacular view of the golf course and Manatee river. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The eating area features a counter height table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular morning view or the breathtaking sunsets during suppertime. For those times when you prefer to eat outside, there is a fully screened lanai with counter height chairs and table to ensure an unobstructed view. We have set up the living room with top of the line Tommy Bahama, Beach House furniture. The master bedroom has the Tommy Bahama Island Estate bedroom suite. The guest bedroom is furnished with Kingston Coastal bedroom suite. The kitchen is outfitted with all the top quality dishes and accessories we feel are necessary for our guests to feel at home and be able to execute any culinary masterpiece. For those times when you aren’t outside enjoying everything Riverstrand and the beautiful Manatee county has to offer, we have provided a 55 inch LED Smart TV with direct access to the internet. Connected to this is a Playstation 4 with BlueRay compatibility. A 42 inch LED Smart TV is located in the master bedroom.
