The whole property gets cleaned and sanitized after each stay according to anti-COVID rules.
Please always respect check-in and check-out times, so that no contact with other guests will occur.
Bed sheets and towels (included in the price) come from a professional laundry that provides the linen in sealed packets.

Borgo La Villa is located on a verdant hill, covered with luxurious olive trees. It consists of several stunning stone buildings, standing on the ruins of an ancient Longobard watch tower. The estate overlooks the river Arno valley from its hilltop position, thus offering to its guests a charming view.

Our self-catering villa is divided into two premises (Main House – Pool House), sharing a spacious and shadowy garden with all-round fence, that offers privacy to adults and guarantees the safety of children. The comfortable interiors and fine period furnishings preserve the old times atmosphere, while offering the facilities demanded by the modern traveller.
The whole property is rented out exclusively to a single group, no other strangers around! House plans available upon request.

The price includes: electricity, water and gas consumption, bed and bath linen, final cleaning. The price does not include the heating, to be paid extra based on consumption.

The outside pool is closed from 30th September to 15th May. The jacuzzi is available all year round.
Update for the year 2020 ONLY: the outside pool will be open starting from 1st May.

Très belle propriété avec vue imprenable sur la ville de Subbiano. Ses atouts principaux sont son énorme piscine et la variété des zones de loisir (jacuzzi, ping-pong, kicker, ...). Nous étions une groupe de 15 personnes composé d’adultes, d’adolescents et jeunes enfants. Cette propriété calme et isolée est également à 5 minutes en voiture de commerces de proximité (supermarché, boucherie, ...) assez qualitatifs. Merci à la propriétaire et à la personne en charge des entretiens pour leur disponibilité et leur conseils. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et classons cet endroit parmi nos bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons Borgo La Villa à tout groupe qui veut goûter à la Dolce vita italienne ...

A wonderful traditional tuscan experience
An amazing italian house on the hills fit for a real family reunion. We spent a week at Borgo la villa and we’re amazed at the beautiful views and the proximity to all the little towns and bigger cities in tuscany. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. The winding road up to the villa is tricky and lets you know right away that you are in the countryside. The whole family could gather in the big kitchen or around the big pool and still get our own spaces in the different areas of the villa. We werent that impressed by the facilities in the kitchen which could use a renovation but the other facilities were nice. The town of Subbiano wasn’t much to see but after a 20 min drive you reach the historical and idyllic town of Arezzo. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat in the tuscan countryside!

Family in Tuscany
This is a beautiful property, but somewhat rustic in function. It is an old villa. Gabriella was very helpful. We had hoped the hot tub would be working and even contacted the owner in advance. But it is an old hot tub and needs replacing. Enjoyed the pool although very coll for the season. Always clean, though. Lots of room, more than we needed. But, it was accessible to all the well known tourist sites of Tuscany, and we discovered some off beat places that we astounding. Arezzo itself was a darling location. Overall, loved our stay.
