the villa is located between the town of Torri del Benaco and the town of Albisano. it is at the center of a large private olive grove that guarantees privacy and tranquility. both from the large terrace and from the balcony, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and admire unforgettable sunsets. the house consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase that include four very large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living-dining room with fireplace. outside in the garden there is a barbecue area. the location of the house allows you to easily reach both the town of Torri (even on foot or with a free bus) where the beaches and shops are located, and places with sports activities. Lake Garda offers a wide choice for sports and excursions, but also offers many opportunities to reach the most beautiful cities of northern Italy (Venice, Verona, Mantua, Vicenza, Padua, Bergamo ...). the Costermano Garda Golf Club is located close to the villa.
