Escape to your own private getaway at Hidden Pines! Featuring stunning views of Canandaigua Lake, this spectacular contemporary retreat offers space for an extended family or gathering of friends.
The long gravel drive off Route 21 leads to the parking area and main entry to the third level. A sweeping deck style walkway leads into a spacious foyer, ideal for easy unloading of vehicles. Straight ahead is the enormous, open floor plan, great room. This room features an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking Canandaigua Lake and the surrounding hills. At one end, is a spacious living area, offering guests the comfort of a large sectional, flat screen HDTV, and beautiful stone fireplace for ambiance. To the other end of the room is a huge, upscale kitchen, with granite countertops, breakfast bar seating, a gorgeous wet bar, and a dining area overlooking the lake. A sizeable deck off the kitchen/dining area features plenty of outdoor furniture for enjoying a barbecue or lounging in the summer sun.
The staircase off the foyer leads down to the mid-level bedrooms. Both are oversized, with sweeping lake views and private full baths. The queen bedroom also has access to the mid-level deck that provides plenty of cool shade in the summer. The lower level features two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom off the hallway. There is also a sliding glass door on the lower level, offering convenient access to the expansive lawn area.
Access to the 500 feet of private lakefront takes you along a beautifully forested walking path located at the south end of the driveway entrance. The half mile walk through the woods takes you to a private deck overlooking the water, where guests can enjoy evenings around the fire ring, sun bathing, or fishing. The swimming is good, and patio furniture is provided for guest comfort.
Hidden Pines is conveniently located just a few miles from Naples, home of the annual Naples Grape Festival, and Bristol Mountain, where fall foliage rides and winter skiing can be enjoyed by all.
