The perfect place to spend family holiday, with the security of a private swimming pool, large outdoor spaces for walking, cycling or even horseback riding.
The villa also has large interior areas, allowing for healthy living, but with the possibility of privacy and isolation, if desired.
1 hour from Lisbon and 13 km from Comporta beach, this villa is surrounded by nature, integrated in a large estate (1050 ha of pines and cork trees) and overlooks the lagoon.
There are 2 Tennis courts and an Equestrian Center inside the Herdade, and is not far from Troia and Montado Golf.
Restaurant also provides take away service.

Long walks among pines and cork oaks, bird and plant watching, dives in the pool and trips to the beach, this is the perfect program for this year's holidays - privacy, space and safety!
Delicious food and wine at Alcacer do Sal restaurants and surrounding villages serving take away.

Villa très agréable dans un magnifique cadre très calme et apaisant au milieu de la pinède sans vis à vis ni proximité immédiate. Accueil sympathique à la réception, service de changement de serviettes et draps 2 fois par semaine très appréciable. La piscine est très propre. La villa est très spacieuse, bien aménagée ( peut-être prévoir un réassort de verres à pied et petites cuillères 😉). Le couchage à l’étage souffre davantage de la chaleur et le ventilateur mis à disposition un peu bruyant ! Prévoir de l’anti moustique, ils sont très nombreux dès la fin de la journée…

Magnifique maison en manque d’équipements
Superbe maison vue sur une forêt de pin et le lac , situation magique, aucun vis à vis, loin des autres maisons, au calme, et une vue magnifique !! Sécurité +++ Seul point noir: ménage très approximatif à notre arrivée, un équipement vraiment pas à la hauteur par rapport à ce genre de prestation.

Não tendo sido a primeira vez que fomos de férias para a herdade , conseguimos mais uma vez ficar surpreendidos com a beleza do local. Sem dúvida um dos locais mais bonitos do país para passar férias em família . Nada falta : comodidade, privacidade e ótima localização. A repetir sem dúvida!
