Nice, well equiped appartment with beautifull view in a quite, green area of Menton.
The description of the property on the Abritel site is correct. The equipment allows self cooking.The owner lives at the same place is very helpfull and friendly when needed. The distance to restaurants and commerce in town is about 1.5 km which makes a car useful.The terrasse is directed to the east and has no longer sun after noon, which is an advantage in summer but not in winter. Only one negative point: we had difficulties with slow and uncertain WIFI but the owner promised to solve the problem .

Situation idéale pour profiter de la plage ou visiter le vieux Menton. Logement très fonctionnel et en même temps décoré avec goût. Excellent accueil et très bonne disponibilité de la part de la propriétaire. Nous avons hâte de renouveler l’expérience !

phantastischer Ausblick
Clothilde ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit für den Empfang genommen hat und uns ebenso verabschiedet hat. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, geräumig und gepflegt. Es findet sich dort alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach phantastisch !
