Tolle Lage, schöner Balkon und ausreichend Platz
Das Appartement ist wirklich toll gelegen, nicht weit zum Strand, aber trotzdem ruhig und sicher. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, zwei Schlafzimmer für bis zu drei Kinder (im zweiten Zimmer) und auch zwei Bäder. Es fehlt eigentlich nichts - Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Balkonmöbel, Dusche und Wanne sind vorhanden.

Chemin de la Colle - Juan Les Pins
Very nice and large appartement with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Situated calm, but central for shops, beach and centre of Juan Les Pins. Off-season it Can be chilly, when the central heating is off. We missed som comfortable furniture inside and on the balconies.

Excellent property. Very comfortable and well equipped and nicely furnished. Lovely balconies east and west and twi bathrooms which was handy. A bit hard with a crawling baby at floor level but the 3 year old loved it. Would highly recommend. Brush up on your French though as my high school few words were not very helpful when checking in but we managed very well with help from Google

Très bon appartement spacieux bien situé pour l’accès à la plage et les courses dans un environnement calme et joli. Terrasses Est et Ouest permettant de profiter du soleil du matin et de l’après midi. Il est très bien équipé : il ne manquait rien et en plus bénéficiait d’une literie très confortable. A recommander
