PROJECT NOISE NOTICE: Building #1 and #2 will be painted in Spring/Summer of 2017. Please anticipate scaffolding, power-washing, and construction noise during daytime working hours. Unit access may be required, and lanai access may be limited for period of time. The tentative schedule is as follows:
April 1 - May 20, 2017 (Building #1, which may negatively impact building #2 guests)

This beautifully remodeled unit is located in the center courtyard of the complex. Featuring a completely remodeled the kitchen a bar area, making the unit very spacious. The floors are tiled with the exception of the master bedroom, which is nicely carpeted. The unit is tastefully decorated in island motif.
Because this is an end unit, it as a very quiet and private feel, and has a wonderful view of the gardens and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean to the west. The expansive lanai provides a great venue for relaxing and entertaining. Stainless steel appliances appoint the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils for meal preparation.
For your entertainment, the owners have included a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge. A newly installed pillow-top King bed is in the master bedroom, with a pull-out sofa sleeper for the occasional overnight guest or younger family member. Enjoy the afternoon trade winds with a lockable security screen door, as well as front and rear facing windows. To beat the heat during the daytime hours, a living room air-conditioning has been installed for guest comfort. This unit is great for celebrating special occasions or as a holiday retreat.
Across from the sparkling waters lapping on the shores of a long stretch of white sand beach, it is easy to see why families return year after year to spend their holiday at Kamaole Sands. This spacious and tropical resort is manicured to perfection. Resort amenities include a large swimming pool, a small children's wading pool, adult and family hot tubs, tennis courts, community barbecue grills and picnic areas, a private fitness center, and more. Kamaole Sands also features an equipment rental shop near the pool area, renting snorkels, boogie boards, and other beach equipment for guest use.
Kamaole Beach III, the highly-rated beach just across South Kihei Road from the resort, is family-friendly and ideal for fun in the sun. Soft white sand perfect for morning strolls; a gradual decline into the ocean with typically gentle rolling waves, and the occasional passing sea turtle make for amazing snorkeling and swimming conditions; the expansive lawn area, where each night visitors and locals set up their beach chairs to watch the colorful Maui sunsets. From beach volleyball courts to monkey bars, there's something for everyone at this popular beach park. Outfitted with public restrooms and shower facilities, charcoal grills and picnic tables, as well as attentive and friendly life guards for swimmer safety. We'll provide the beach chairs, beach towels, and a large beach umbrella.

Kamaole Sands charges a one-time $36.46 registration fee upon arrival, payable to the resort.
