Ideally located on the "digue de mer" seafront, our appartment on the 6th and highest floor of a nice and comfortable building, will give you a very large view on the seashore (from Dunkerke to Nieuwpoort), very nice in any season. Very large south terrace (4m x 11m). Well equipped and comfortable, easy to keep and clean (plus possibility of a cleaning lady). Possibility to put your bikes and babybuggies in the basement. It is easy to park (public parking) in the street for 20 euros/week.

traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge
Meine Familie und ich verbrachten in der ersten Augusthälfte unseren Urlaub in Koksijde. Unterwegs konnten wir uns mit unserer Gastgeberin kommunizieren und ihr die Zeit unserer Ankunft mitzuteilen. Daher verlief die Schlüsselübergabe schnell und unkompliziert. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, unser Auto in der Nähe zu parken. Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock, das Haus verfügt jedoch über einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Küche und die Zimmer verfügen über alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Auf der Rückseite dieser Wohnung befindet sich eine riesige Terrasse, auf der wir auch bei nicht sehr heißem Wetter ein warmes Sonnenbad nehmen konnten. Es war eine angenehme Überraschung für uns. Aber das Schönste ist der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den Strand und Meer. Jeden Abend konnten wir die traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge beobachten und es war großartig! Wir haben viele Fotos gemacht. In dieser Gegend gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, seul point négatif, du tapis plein dans le living et les chambres. Très bon accueil par une gentille personne qui a pris le temps de donner les explications nécessaires au bon fonctionnement. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Große, helle Familienwohnung
Große schöne Familienwohnung mit großer Terrasse, sehr hell und geräumig, durch die Ecklage alle 3 Schlafzimmer mit Fenster! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, es gab vernünftige Betten für alle. Das Bad ist renoviert, es gibt jetzt eine Duschkabine zur Badewanne. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr, Gläsern, Töpfen, Pfannen für so viele Personen, zusätzlich viele Geräte wie Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Mixer etc. Sehr kinderfreundlich, mit Kindergeschirr, Hochstuhl, Wickelauflage, Kinder-Tisch-Bank-Kombi. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und der Ausblick über den Strand sind herrlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne im nächsten Urlaub wieder! Grand bel appartement familial avec une grande terrasse (avec beaucoup de meubles de balcon), très lumineux et spacieux, grâce à l'emplacement en coin toutes les 3 chambres avec fenêtres! Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants, il y avait des lits raisonnables pour tous. La salle de bain est rénovée, il y a maintenant une cabine de douche dans la baignoire. La cuisine est équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselle, verres, casseroles, poêles pour beaucoup de gens, ainsi que de nombreux appareils tels que micro-ondes, bouilloire, mixeur, etc. Très adapté aux enfants, avec plats pour enfants, chaise haute, matelas à langer, table de jeux pour enfants. Système de musique, télévision et Wi-Fi sont également disponibles. L'emplacement juste sur la promenade et la vue sur la plage sont magnifiques. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien, volontiers encore pour les prochaines vacances!
