Very attractive new Studio apartment (sleeps 2), raised ground floor, located in Canneto (sea side resort on the island of Lipari) and very close to the beach (30 mt) and supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop, scooters rent and departure point for excursions to the other islands are all within 100-200 mt. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Nicely furnished and well equipped with all comforts (air conditioning/heating -with supplement -,TV, ceiling fan ). Accommodation consists of open plan studio with
double sofa bed, bathroom. If required it can be connected to 1-bedroom Apt with terrace 4/5 pers. (ref 6310048) and 1-bedroom apt 4 pers ( ref 6360818) to accommodate up to 10 people.
Prices vary according to the period. A supplement of 5 euros / day is required. for air conditioning / heating according to the season. The price does not include linen (many customers bring it) and it does not seem correct to indicate a higher price for a service that many customers do not use. In case of need, linen is available on site (27 euros / week or part thereof for 2 pers.) Security deposit of 100 euros. Deposit of 30% required upon booking. Delivery of the keys by the owner or a person appointed by the owner.

Vacanza perfetta
Monolocale pulito, attrezzato e confortevole, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione fornita dal proprietario, in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i servizi di prima necessità e la spiaggia di Canneto a piedi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Il proprietario é una persona professionale, puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni, estremamente disponibile per consigli e utili informazioni sull'isola, sicuramente attento alle necessità dei suoi clienti. Altrettanto disponibile e gentile la Signora Marina che si è occupata della nostra accoglienza. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo monolocale vicino al mare !!
Ottimo monolocale vicino al mare, con supermercato a pochi passi in cui abbiamo trascorso la prima settimana di agosto (peccato sia stata poca). Gentilissimi e disponibili il proprietario Sig. Enrico e la Sig.ra Marina. Consigliatissimo!!

Giugno a Canneto
La casa è tutta nuova, situata in una posizione tranquilla ed fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il proprietario e la signora Marina sono molto disponibili e attenti. Consigliato!
