Beautiful house. Perfect Host.
The house was everything we wanted and expected, great location and relaxing for our family, and Jean-Louis was the perfect host and his warmth and attentiveness ensured that our week in Marseille will last long as a great memory and experience. We would book with Jean-Louis in a heart beat, and look forward to being back in Marseille one day soon. Perfect.

This is a great home.
We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful home. The lay out and décor are just perfect. The walled/gated property feels very private and safe, yet the city is right outside the gates. The pool and nice terrace and yard were something we looked forward to every day. We picked up food to grill out, or just brought home take away food for dinner several nights so that we could enjoy the comfortable atmosphere that this home offers. So much better for us than a hotel. We were six adults and one baby, and this home has everything you could ask for and more. We also found great dining very close to the home - an easy walk to anything you would need. That includes bus and public transportation. We did find that it was better for us with a baby to hire a car with a baby seat to drive us, so that is an option. The hosts were so welcoming and we really can't say enough about how at home and comfortable they made us feel. They were so kind to meet our train and take us to the house. That is worth everything after a long journey. We would definitely stay at this home again, and we recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful home in great location
This was the perfect location from which to explore Marseille, the calanques (especially Sourmiou), Bandol for wine tasting, and Cassis. The house is a classic, but has all of the modern conveniences. The neighborhood is filled with shops, all within walking distance. The large yard and pool also add greatly to the park-like feeling once you close the gate.

CHARME ET TRANQUILITE
A Marseille chez Isabelle et Jean Louis, nous avons vécu dans une belle maison ancienne pleine de charme et de commodités. A l’ombre d’un magnifique marronnier, nous avons passé d’agréables journées en famille ; chacun pouvant s’isoler ou participer aux activités communes quand il le souhaite. La proximité d’une petite artère commerçante permet de disposer de toutes les marchandises utiles voire exceptionnelles ; (un glacier délicieux)… La piscine et son entourage parfaitement entretenus nous évitent les tracas au maximum. Une cuisine équipée, un salon ou se détendre ou pour une petite sieste, chambres et salles de bains très fonctionnelles, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes, soucieux de nous rendre le séjour agréable. Transports en commun à proximité pour accéder aux richesses de la belle Phocéenne. Nous avons fait le plein de souvenirs. Bravo. A réserver sans hésiter !
