Perfect place to stay!
We had the most wonderful 5-night stay here. The location really can't be beat and it was the cutest little place. Check-in was so simple and flexible and communication was great. There is no AC and Paris was going through a bit of a heat wave but the fan by the bed made it no problem at all. So perfect! 10/10 recommend.

Nice appt, but noisy street
Paul was great, the fan was broken and he replaced it immediately. Apartment is small but clean. Everything you'd expect was supplied. Only issue was our window was right across from a very busy bar, that was loud until 2am, every night. It was warm so we kept the widows open for air. So if you stay out late, or if you are a sound sleeper this is a great!

Great Location
Great location. Restaurants and sightseeing very convenient. Very clean and well supplied. A tall person might have trouble using the loft, but we were fine. The owner very nicely provided bedding for the couch and that worked out perfectly.

Cozy and convenient!
Conveniently located to public transportation, some major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything required. The host, Paul, was kind and responsive to my messages. Would stay again! Something to be aware of: city sounds early in the morning and late at night are prevelent as you're in the heart of the city. Walls are thin and you can hear next-door neighbors. As someone who also grew up in a large city with lots of noise, this was not an issue.
