Fabulous Vacation
We are a family of four (2 children aged 15 & 12) that frequent the valley and have rented homes from Palm Springs to La Quinta. This was our first time returning to the area since before the pandemic so we were really looking forward to this vacation.
We chose this home after extensive research and we could not have made a better choice. The correspondence with Colin was excellent - his replies were prompt from the inquiry stage and his preparation up to our first day in his home was detailed and extremely professional.
The house was perfectly furnished with a retro-Palm Springs theme, very clean and well stocked. It is rare to use a kitchen in a rental home and not wish that you had more choices for more pots, pans or cooking utensils!
We used the pool and hot tub at least once per day -we enjoyed that it was no fuss, with the pool heat being put on a timer to turn on and off. The ambience of the backyard was wonderful by day and relaxing at night with the beauty of the pool/hot tub lighting.
One of the things we enjoyed the most was the proximity of this house to all of the amenities that downtown Palm Springs had to offer. It was just minutes away from our favorite downtown restaurants (Fisherman’s Market, El Mirasol, Ozzy’s) and close to shopping & the Villagefest Thursday Night Market.
Overall, this home played a huge role in an amazing family vacation and we hope to return again in the very near future. Thank you, Colin!
