Overview

About the property

Rivercourt D-1 is a unique property overlooking the brook that runs through the town of Stowe. This "can't beat" location in the heart of Stowe village is an easy walk to the local grocery store, shops, restaurants, and other attractions that Stowe has to offer, yet quiet with great privacy on the Little River. Good news for skiers, this condo is only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the slopes or a quick walk to shuttle access. Although the condo is fully renovated, it still upholds a Vermont feel with the decor and beautiful wooden floors. The new kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful counters, while the bathrooms are newly renovated with a custom-tiled shower upstairs and tub/shower downstairs. The three-bedroom condo includes a loft with a queen sized bed, a queen suite, and a room with two sets of bunk beds. The queen suite is connected to a deck with outdoor seating, with a breathtaking view of the brook. The upstairs living room has an equally stunning deck and view, allowing for easy access to fresh air and the inviting scenery. This condo also includes a washer and dryer, making it possible to stay longer for families or friends. Upgraded wireless internet, 1080P LED TV, blu-ray player, and Denon sound system with Apple AirPlay provide finishing touches to this unique home.

Only Stowe Vermont combines a classic 200-year-old village with Mt. Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak.
