Very peaceful.Self contained detached house in the country,ten minutes by car from the wonderful beaches in S.Pietro island and from the center of the town.you can enjoy yourself walking in the quiet rural location and swimming in the best sea of the Mediterranean area.
Seven beds are available in four bedrooms with a lovely view and two bathrooms with a shower.The living room is an open space with a kitchenette and a big verandah, a barbecue and a traditional Sardinian oven for your open air meals.
Around the house a mediterranean garden with forniture for sunbathing.Private parking.

Casa ottima per soggiornare anche in più famiglie
La casa è molto spaziosa e ben divisa. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e l'abbiamo condivisa con un nostro amico avendo ognuno il proprio bagno e rispettiva autonomia, ma c'erano almeno altri due posti letto volendo.. Immersa nel verde al centro dell'isola per cui qualsiasi spiaggia o scogliera era raggiungibile in massimo 10 minuti di auto. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il barbecue comodissimo. Il portico enorme e sempre fresco è un altro punto di forza. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Che altro dire: siamo stati contentissimi di questo soggiorno!

Finalmente il silenzio
Il posto è veramente bello, immerso in una pineta di Pino di Aleppo, comodo per raggiungere qualunque posto dell'isola, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, la casa è bella con una terrazza che si affaccia sulla proprietà che vale da sola l'affitto della casa stessa. Consigliato a chi vuole ripulirsi dalle "scorie"della vita in città

bellissima, ordinatissima e organizatissima
È sempre un'emozione tornare in questa oasi di pace e tranquillità, troviamo sempre tutto ben organizzato nei minimi particolari, il proprietario sempre pronto ad intervenire per risolvere qualsiasi problema si presenta. È una casa che vi darà serenità, anche se un giorno decidete di rimare a case non rimarrete delusi, starete nel bel piazzale a leggere, parlare, prendere il sole, fare conversazione bevendovi un drink, fare una bella grigliata in compagnia. INCANTEVOLE
Casa molto confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire a rendere indimenticabile una vacanza. Splendida location in mezzo al verde circondati solo da pace e tranquillità, un cielo stellato da far invidia a qualunque osservatorio. A soli 10 minuti (in auto) da Carloforte e poco più dalle altre spiagge. Il punto forte dell'alloggio è senz'altro la veranda dove abbiamo sempre trascorso i pomeriggi al fresco e mangiato con le prelibatezze della rosticceria "Il pranzo è servito" ...non dover cucinare rende ancora più vacanza la vacanza!! Infine la squisita cortesia e generosità dei proprietari che ci hanno lasciato ritornare a casa con la nostalgia di poter essere presto di nuovo loro ospiti. Grazie di tutto Claudia

UAUUUU che bello, voglio tornare..
Bellissima casa, molto curata, pulita, ordinata, con tutti i confort, appena parti, stai già pensando alla data di ritorno. Un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi, questa casa si trova in una posizione assolutamente strategica, da qui puoi raggiungere in brevissimo tempo la maggior parte delle bellissime calette dell'Isola di San Pietro.
