Due to the nature of vacation rental management of privately owned accommodations, there are no guarantees your accommodation selected at the time of booking will be available, and therefore FCR may be forced to find alternate accommodations or provide a refund. FCR will not assume responsibility for delays, damages, loss of enjoyment or expenses of any kind. Examples of which include but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, snow or weather conditions, accommodation conditions, accommodation availability or any acts of god. I hereby acknowledge and understand that FCR cannot guarantee that there will be no failure of operation of heat, air conditioning, plumbing, appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces or such like equipment at your accommodation. I hereby acknowledge and understand that FCR will in no way refund or discount in any kind for failure of equipment, however FCR will make every reasonable effort to make the repairs necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
