This is a newly renovated, large and bright one-bedroom apartment available to let in a period property in the quiet central location off Pembroke Road. Located in the heart of the prestigious embassy district of Ballsbridge with local restaurants, cafes and shops, the apartment is within easy walking distance of St. Stephen's Green, Dublin Convention Centre, Grand Canal Theatre, Aviva Stadium and the RDS (home of the famous Dublin Horse Show and many other events).

The apartment includes a generous entrance hall; a large, bright living room with dining/kitchen open space; a double bedroom with good storage; and a full bathroom. The apartment boasts high ceilings and underfloor heating and car parking facilities can be arranged. (There is also a double sofabed in the living room.)

The apartment is available immediately for short lets to medium-term lets -- monthly rates also available on request. Housekeeping services can be arranged as required. References required for medium-term lets.

Perfect spot!

Clean, safe location, great price! Boys loved heated floor in the morning. I loved the location. Gorgeous trees, gorgeous brown stones all along the street and east to get to with public transportation.

Great location. Clean, well equipped.

This apartment is in a lovely part of Dublin, close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and easy walking distance of the city center. It is comfortable (even the sofa bed) and clean and bright. Linda was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only downside is bad WiFi. And the drier didn’t work but Linda took our clothes to dry in the main house. Would stay again.

Great Location. Lovely hosts

Couuldn't figure out how to use the clothes dryer and unable to reach the daughter who was standing in for the parents while they were away. Very noisy Sat night. Not much sound proofing through floors. Could hear every step. Took us a while to figure out how to use few things (TV). More detailed instructions or when arriving do a walk through with new guests. Would recommend to others.

This Dublin 4 location is in the embassy section of the city. Loads of restaurants and pubs that are walkable. 20 min direct walk to city center. Grest hosts and rental.

Basics covered, bathroom needs help

Good location in quiet neighborhood. Good access to city bus and aircoach. Easy 20 min walk to St Stephen's Green. Another 10 min to College Green. Decent dining nearby as well as a Tesco.

This apt is basically a finished walk out basement of a townhouse with its own entrance.. Family lives on the upper 3 floors. The apt bedroom is under the first floor entry, so expect some foot traffic noise from above. The bathroom is located in a hollow under the staircase leading to the first floor of the home.

Apartment is furnished rather sparingly with well used furnishings. Plenty of wall outlets and newer floor heating. Entire apt is tiled, so it can be loud and echoey. Kitchen had the basic necessities and ample plates and cups. Hob works fine, but no vent other than opening the windows to get rid of cooking odors. Bathroom has modern shower stall and sink. Both with decent water pressure and hot water. Decent hair dryer provided. Towels provided were old and scratchy and never really dried out. The bathroom is poorly ventilated with constant, persistent mildew odor that creeps into the rest of the apt. Not apparent if the heating system is connected to the bathroom. Tricky controls on the washer & dryer. We did not use the washer and never could get the dryer to work. Wi-fi works for basic use, but is a bit wonky in that you constantly have to switch among 4 routers. Do not plan on streaming video. A TV with Sky service is provided, keep the volume down due to the echo from the tiling.

Great location - nice apartment.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and the neighborhood is wonderful. Located in the embassy district and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We used public transportation and found it very easy to get around. Brian and Linda worked with us to allow us to get into the unit a little earlier than we might normally which was good as our flight got into Dublin at 5 AM.
