Welcome to Pipe Dream West

Check out our new beach-front duplex in Fort Morgan. We are located 15 miles from Highway 59 in a private beach community on the historic Fort Morgan peninsula. The house is on miles of residential beach, but only minutes from all the excitement of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Be sure to check the east side of the home at 629465 if this side is booked or you are interested in renting both sides.

Enjoy our home with almost 1700 square feet of living space per unit. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this unit accommodates 8 people in comfort. We have a soundproof wall between the units with an interior door that connects them - ideal if you're renting the entire home.

It is family-owned and managed and was designed with all the comforts of home in mind.

Living area:
The living area looks out over the Gulf and opens to the large deck through the 9 foot sliding door. The living room has a Sofa/Hide-A-Bed, 2 recliners and a bench seat plus a 60-inch TV, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.

Kitchen and dining area:
The fully-equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. With service for 12, you will find everything you need to serve up a great meal and the pantry closet offers plenty of room for a week's worth of groceries. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 4 stools at the breakfast bar.

Laundry area:
The laundry closet upstairs has a full-size/front load washer/dryer with hanging rods and ample shelving for storage.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have a private bathroom and HD T.V.s with DVD players. The master suite has a king size bed, desk and a walk-out to a private beach-front balcony. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, separate closets and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed and windows overlooking the street.

Outside:
Outside you will find parking for 4 cars on our paved parking area, two grills and a place to dine in the shade under the center of the building. The unit has covered stairs leading to a private entryway and the deck has a 6-foot shared walkway to the beautiful white sand beaches. The deck has an 8x16 ft divided area opening to a 12x 32 shared area ideal for groups.

Pipedream lived up to it's name!
We rented the West 1/2 of the house and our daughter and her family rented the East side. It was a beautiful place to spend our spring vacation and get away from the cold grasp of winter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun week on the beautiful Gulf Shores. Loved every minute!

My wife, Brenda, and I own and operate a small fishing resort in Chetek, Wisconsin. We have been fortunate enough to visit Gulf Shores in the winter for the past 10 years. Eight years ago we stayed in a beach house on Beach Boulevard just 12 doors down from our new home. Every night we would walk the beach and talk about how nice it would be to someday have a place right here. We loved the feeling of a neighborhood on the beach with beautiful views and wide open spaces. No other place in Gulf Shores ever seemed so right to us. With a lot of effort, the help of an economic downturn and a partnership with my mother and sister's family, we have made the dream come true. We will use this house as our own in the off season, which will enable us to keep it in top condition. We are going to manage it ourselves because we want to offer a personal touch. We want to know about the things people like and the things they don't, so we can continually improve our home and make it right for you. This is our dream...
