Perfect getaway
From the moment we arrived & Mary ( who was great from the start & made sure we had everything we needed) gave us the tour we loved this place. Private spaces, great deck, and the ocean right there. We will be going back. Thanks for the sweet getaway we all needed

Great Location, Deck with Views, and Great Host
We enjoyed our stay of eight nights due to the many positives of this rental. Highlights include the following: 1. Deck with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach and all the surfers. Great sunsets - and place to lounge and enjoy your coffee/glass of wine. 2. Great location - close to the beach and ocean but location on a bluff in a quiet neighborhood means you are a short walk to everything but don't feel like you are amongst the crowds. 3. Excellent booking, communication and hosting process. Mary contacting us in advance, meeting us to greet and show us around the place and give us great tips on shopping and eating was really appreciated. Mary was always quick to respond by text and phone call on any issue that came up. 4. Extra bed room (plus 2 bathrooms) with conversion of office to bedroom meant both our children had their own room/privacy. 5. All the amenities for extra things was great to have options (laundry, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, etc.). Lots of other positives but these are ones that come to mind.

Not very pleased
Ac unit stopped working after second night with no remedy, help, communication or compensation. I require the basics. Heat, ac, hot running water and a working toilet. When one does not work with children it is a disaster. Not very pleased and will never rent from again.
