Great place!

This is a fantastic apartment and the location is central and close to all amenities. The hot tub and log fire are a great addition. It is clean and has everything you could need. The parking is easy to find and convenient. There is several flights of stairs to the apartment. There is a store just below the apartment and a reasonably priced liquor store. There are lots of great food places and bars to have a drink close by.

The only issue we had was the noise. EVERY night we were woke by loud people leaving the nightclub at aprox 1am to 2am. The bedroom really needs some simple sound proofing, the sliding doors had gaps which did not help with the noise. I feel this was a huge shame as the apartment and location is spot on, but people were literally shouting and partying when leaving the club, which is disrespectful for the neighbourhood. I feel this would make the apartment not appropriate for families. Maybe more appropriate for couples who were there to party.

Clean, cozy & conveniently located!

Nicely furnished condo in very central location. Grocery store and liquor store right below us and only a few steps to grab a Starbucks in the morning or a beer in the afternoon! Leo was great to deal with. Great response time.

Great Stay!

We stayed during the week days and had no issues with noise. Place was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Loved that we were in the heart of the village and were within walking distance to everything! Hot tub on the deck was perfect! Absolutely no issues - I would def return to this sweet little condo again!

LOUD - LOUD PUB MUSIC OUTSIDE - Clean - well appointed - outdated electronically

Only stayed 2 nights thankfully. The condo is well appointed and clean. My honest opinion is Leo should not rent this out to anyone else until sound blocking glass in put in the bedroom window. If it wasn't for ambien, would not have slept much at all. Loud music from the Pub down below is an understatement. It was miserable until well after 2:30 am each night. The TV in the living room and bedroom are in desperate need of upgrading. Flat screen TV's are very, very affordable now. I replaced my big screen TV back 10-15 years ago easily. That TV had virtually no functionality. Bedroom - you could change the channel but not the volume or on off. You have very strict instructions for not touching the stereo or changing anything on it or their would be a $237 fine for messing it up. Worry more about creating a nice atmosphere for your guests than threatening memos for equipment from I995. I would strongly suggest removing the piano out of the bedroom as there was absolutely no where to put our two suit cases in the room. The hot tub was not heated upon our arrival. We turned the heat up - excited about the opportunity to sit in it later if it got hot. Went to sit in it the second night (not hot enough the first night) and the smell of the water was so bad we simply turned the temp back down and shut the lid. If the water is changed each visit (which it should be) then you need to clean your filter. We have had a hot tubs for years at our house and that smell is due to one of two things. Dirty water that needs changed or filter needing cleaned or replaced.

Instructions for entering the Lodge and parking were made difficult. Your instructions for parking talk state private parking and entering through a gate and entering a code. You had us driving between two different parking garages trying to figure out the scavenger hunt like two crazy people. I even called you to clarify which parking garage it was. I asked you if it was the one below the bank and was told yes. Asked if it were the "Public Parking Garage" with the blue sign and was told no. Well - it actually was the Public Garage that you had to drive through to find the gate to enter your code. Put on your instructions that the parking entrance is where the big blue sign for public parking is. Pull in and go to the back of the garage and you will see the big white gate. Would also help if you have instruction to where trash cans since required to take trash on way out.

Perfect Location .....but.....

My family of 4 stayed in this condo over Easter weekend. We have two boys ages 9 and 12 and we all managed to stay comfortably in this one bedroom as the living room couch does pull out. We absolutely loved the fact we were steps away from the ski hill, restaurants and shops and the location was perfect. The private hot tub on the deck was the main reason why we booked this place and it was awesome..... however there were a few downfalls.

What I didn't realize is that the line up for a bar called Moe Joe's is directly under the balcony making the nights VERY loud. The windows in this unit didn't seem to hide any of the noise and at times you would have thought people were partying on your balcony with the windows open it was so loud. Thankfully our boys were old enough that they just put the pillows over their heads (as did we) and tired to go back to sleep but I can't imagine a family with young kids would do well with the night time noise.

That was the biggest issue with this condo and we would probably not stay there again due to the noise and lack of sleep. It is unfortunate there aren't better "sound proof" windows in the unit. Despite the noise there were a few other things with this unit that weren't up to par for the price paid. The cleaning wasn't the best as it was clear the rugs hadn't been vacuumed, the fire alarm went off when we made toast, and (a very minor detail but inconvenient) the batteries in the TV remote were next to dead.

We did have a great time in whistler and this condo is nice...... but had I known just how loud it was at night we would have booked elsewhere......

Leo was great to deal with tho.....
