This condo is on the 8th floor (highest floor in the building). At night very quiet, compare the new buildings in downtown surrounded by 8 big constructions of high risers and all are in streets with a lot of traffic (specially by buses) and you hear till 6 am the music from the discos. The building is a piece of heaven itself. Amapas 353 has just 21 units and all balcony with beach and ocean view, also little balcony to the back. 100% privacy. Our property gay owned, but for sure straight friendly! The condo Building is new and get improved every summer at low season.
