P'tit cocoon : Propre simple et efficace !!
Petit mais costaud : y a tout le nécessaire pour des vacances sympas. Le village est agréable, Royan tout près : à pied, on peut même trouver les transports en commun. J'ai adoré la terrasse et le jardin , la clim à l'étage, le local pour entreposer mon vélo ! Le quartier est top. Un vrai bon plan .

Nid douillet pour 2 vacanciers dans ville thermale
Petit studio aux allures de chalet montagnard . L'espace a été optimisé avec un équipement très complet pour des vacances pratiques et confortables . Situé dans un quartier calme, nombreux lotissements neufs. Voisins sympathiques. Propriétaires disponibles. Stationnement facile dans l'impasse de la résidence, plus difficile au centre ( à environ 1 km). Ville aux nombreux commerces. Seul léger bémol; le jardin n'est pas devant la porte, mais rien ne nous a empêché de sortir chaise et table sur le perron puisque l'impasse est réservée aux habitants... Surtout, nous avons apprécié la proximité de tous les lieux touristiques de Charente Maritime. Nous reviendrons sûrement !
