Toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie vom 22.08-05.09.2021
Hervorragende zentrale und ruhige Lage in der Stadtmitte (ca. 3 Gehminuten). Das Viertel, in welchem sich das Objekt befindet, ist durch Schranken "abgesperrt". Somit stellt dieser Bereich eine Spielstraße dar, der ideal für Kinder ist. Das Objekt sauber, gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet (Geschirr, etc). Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind auch vorhanden. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Im EG befindet sich ein WC sowie angrenzend zum ersten Zimmer kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der Galerie (OG) ist eine Stereoanlage vorhanden, mit welcher man Radio oder CDs hören kann. Ebenfalls befinden sich die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Bad mit Badewanne im OG. Der kleine Innenhof war ausreichend, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren oder die Kinder auf der Spielstraße mit "Nachbarkindern" gespielt hatten. Ingesamt waren wir mit dem Objekt sehr zufrieden und würden es wiederholt anmieten.

Maison bien située, mais pas de standing
La maison a pour avantage principal sa localisation. Elle est plutôt agréable de par sa terrasse couverte, les lits et canapés sont confortables. Cela dit, la maison est très chère par rapport aux prestations fournies. L'électroménager est plutôt bas de gamme : le lave vaisselle ne lave pas correctement, j'ai donc trouvé beaucoup de vaisselle rangée sale à mon arrivée. D'ailleurs, il fait disjoncter le chauffe eau, ce qui fait que nous avons pris également nos 2 1ères douches froides à notre arrivée. Le frigo fait beaucoup de givre. Les vélos ( à louer en plus, bien sûr) sont plutôt moyens. Dans cette maison pour 6 personnes, il n'y a que 3 tasses à café et les assiettes trop grandes ne rentrent pas dans le lave-vaisselle sans bloquer le balai tournant, donc nous avons mangé dans des assiettes à dessert pendant 15 jours. Le salon de jardin est tout rafistolé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les bains de soleil car les coussins étaient noircis. points positifs : l'accueil chaleureux fait par la personne employée par le propriétaire, et le propriétaire est réactif par whatsapp et m'a expliqué comment remettre le chauffe-eau en route L'annonce dit : "villa de haut standing" : pour moi, ce n'est pas le cas.

Logement et localisation top pour une famille !
Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, le patio est appréciable pour le beau temps (et certainement pour la pluie également), dans une résidence très calme. La localisation est parfaite : à 500m de la belle plage de Belle Anse (eau calme, îlots à marée basse), à coté des commerce et de la piste cyclable. Et tellement d'activités et visites dans les environs !

Maison agréable, bien située.
Residence confortable, calme, près du centre avec les commerces sans inconvénient de bruits. La plage pas loin, 5mn par piste cyclable et facilité pour louer des velos. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs pas besoin de sa voiture.
