FIRST FLOOR amazing location - barely 100 yards from the end of Main Street. (Route 9 South). Walking distance to the Gondola, bars, restaurants, lifts, gas station and additional in-town amenities; only a few minutes walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. WALK to the INDOOR ICE SKATING RINK. The Corral is on the free shuttle bus route. There is one parking space (2 upon request. The underground heating melts the snow in the parking lot. The condo is 1150 square feet with radiant floor heating and a gas fireplace in the living room for that cozy family get together, or the perfect romantic moment. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area for watching TV or losing yourself in a favorite book. The dining area has perfect seating for more formal dinners and joins the kitchen counter area with high stools for casual meals. There is a huge hot tub barely 50 steps from your condo - it is shared but many people have private hot tubs so it is rarely used. There is seating on your own patio and plenty of storage space for ski's, boots - all your gear.

We have a full size washer and dryer. There is a master suite with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub/shower combo and plenty of closet space.

The second bedroom has a queen and a single. There is also a pack-and-play.

The living room has a queen sleeper with a new mattress purchased Summer 2015.

AMAZING hot tub just 50 steps from the door; two parking spaces.

Very happy with the accommodations!

Jacob was very prompt in sharing check-in information. Everything went really smooth. The location is convenient and easy to walk to Peak 9 lift or to Main Street for shopping and dining. One nice surprise, the parking lot is heated. On our departure morning we had received 6” of snow. The parking lot was clear of snow and easy to load our car and depart.

Great condo, great location

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We went snowshoeing so we drove to the nordic center, but the condo is a short walk to the lifts. Condo is well-equipped, I needed to contact Jacob, he responded within a few minutes and quickly resolved the issue (it was an issue I caused, nothing about the condo). I will stay here again when I return for future summer or winter vacations.

Cozy mountain retreat

We just returned home from a terrific week skiing with our adult kids in Breckenridge. We really enjoyed our cozy mountain retreat for the week. The hot tub was a delight after skiing all day, it was an easy walk to town, and the unit was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our group that loves to cook/eat in, and we had fun playing games and relaxing in front of the fire in the evenings. The walk to the Quicksilver lift was a bit too long for our crew when carrying ski gear, but we made it work. We hope to return!

Wonderful Breckenridge location

We had a great stay! Condo was in a very walkable location, wonderfully appointed and well stocked We rented a car, but found very little need for it with free bus rides and ability to get around on foot, which was half the fun The community hot tub was a great relief after a day out on the slopes We also made our way to the Nordic Center (between peak 8 and 7), which was a fantastic find with gorgeous trails and a nice reprieve Breckenridge offers so much and this condo is in keeping with that Owners are very responsive before arriving and gave great detailed instructions for check-in/check-out, along with answering any questions we may have before arriving

We were very happy to find and have the opportunity to stay at this property

Fantastic condo!

We stayed in this condo for a week in February and could not have been happier! It was spotless, well equipped and cozy. The owner was exceptional in responding and making sure our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect, walkable to everything and minutes from the bus stop. There is a skating rink less than a mile away which was great for a day off from skiing! Loved the heated parking lot. We will definitely stay here again! Breckenridge is a beautiful mountain.

Our condo is in a prime location in Breckenridge. It is right next to Main Street, close enough to reach the Breckenridge Brewery in 100 yards! You can walk to the gondola, lift, or take the bus over to the gondola parking lot. You basically do not need a car once you arrive to do every thing fun Breckenridge has to offer.
