This family-friendly, gated condo complex has the best views of the ocean right from your private 4th floor balcony with easy access to the beach and pool area. The beautifully decorated, comfortable, and updated living space boasted of a well-stocked kitchen complete with full size laundry. There is room for 8 to sleep comfortably in 3 bedrooms including a 'family' bedroom (bunk beds/full sized futon), over-sized master with a king bed and lots of floor space for an additional blow-up bed, and a third guest bedroom with a queen bed. The eating area seats over ten comfortably.

This condo was great. It had everything that one could need: large pot for lowcountry boil, blender, immersion blender, beach chairs, etc. The decorations were better than most and the master suite was spectacular with its own loveseat, coffee table and very large bathroom. My only disappointment is that most owners give you a chance to rebook for the same time next year but this condo was not available. I highly recommend this rental. teri

A Delightful Experience
We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this lovely property. We awoke to beautiful sunrises over the ocean and ended our days with stunning sunsets over the inter coastal waterway. Bethune Beach is quiet and peaceful, 1 mile away from the Canaveral Seashore National Park. We were thrilled to watch a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center from the beach in front of our condo! Our grandchildren loved the children’s bedroom with bunk beds, stocked with books, toys, games, art supplies, and beach and fishing gear for their enjoyment. Alex our host was attentive and helpful, responding quickly to our questions. We look forward to returning to Beside Tranquil Waters next year!

We love everything about our condo! It's only 10 minutes from the adorable downtown New Smyrna and one hour to Orlando. It's the perfect location! Plus, it's tastefully updated and decorated.
