This nicely renovated first floor condo in the Old Las Palmas section of historic Palm Springs is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Villa de Las Palmas is a quiet, well maintained complex with a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by fruit trees and spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains. This unit has beautifully tiled Guest and Master Bath and the Master Bedroom has comfortable King size bed, with terrace access. The den functions as a second Bedroom with a Queen size Murphy bed and curtains for privacy from the main living area.
