Close to the Loire castles (18 km from Chambord, 25 km from Cheverny), 5 km from Center Parc. 200 m from the GR 31 and an hour from the Beauval zoo, Solognote farm completely renovated in the middle of 50 ha of woods and fields, lots of charm, cathedral living room 120 m2, exposed beams, large fireplace.

The two other farm buildings are not fitted out.

Tres belle maison en Sologne
Nous avons passé un super we entre amis dans cette belle maison de Sologne. Cadre exceptionnel avec un grand jardin sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est très tranquille et idéale pour un grand groupe. Tout était bien conforme à l’annonce. Attention aux teletravailleurs car il n’y a pas de wifi et du réseau uniquement dans le salon ;) Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

UNE BONNE MARGE DE PROGRESSION...
Grande ferme solognote située dans un bel environnement mais qui malheureusement d'un point de vue aménagement intérieur mériterait d'être amélioré pour le confort de la location : Positif : - Environnement - Espace cuisine original avec son ouverture visuelle sur la nature , très bien équipée et agencée pour cuisiner. Négatif : - Electricité à revoir pour éviter de se prendre les pieds à tout moment dans les fils qui courent à même le sol, prises multiples où beaucoup trop d'appareils sont branchés en même temps , prises multiples relayant d'autres prises multiples (dangereux ! ) , revoir l'éclairage dans les chambres, etc... - Espace salon pas confortable ni convivial (mobilier vraiment "fatigué") alors qu'il se situe devant une belle cheminée, chaises qui se déboitent, tables qui occupent trop d'espace dans la pièce de vie... Il conviendrait aussi de prévenir dans l'annonce que sur les 6 chambres proposées seules 2 sont indépendantes, les 4 autres sont en enfilade et obligent à passer dans l'une pour aller dans l'autre ! En conclusion, ce logement n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations espérées au vue du prix de la location.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avions deux nourrissons de trois semaines donc nous étions à la recherche d’un lieu calme et reposant. La connection étant mauvaise et le lieu ne disposant pas de Wifi nous avons pu tellement déconnecter. Le lieu est idéal pour venir en groupe tout en ayant chacun son espace. Le seul point d’amélioration serait de renouveler certains équipements (grill, canapé, par à sol, chaises d’extérieurs) Nous reviendrons avec grande joie! Merci pour l’accueil

Au calme !
Excellent weekend dans un endroit calme et isolé des bruits des grandes villes. Vaste location très bien équipée. Idéalement situé dans une région riche en sites remarquables et en ballades.
