Mountain-theme charming 1 Bd/1BA condo, perfect for your mountain vacation!

Enjoy this sunny and charming condo across from the golf course, bike path and the Blue River, down the street from dog mushing and snow mobile tours, and 3 miles outside of Breckenridge – everything you will need for your next vacation or weekend getaway at any time of the year. You need to come here!!

600 sq.ft. condo, 1 bdrm, 1 bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, large deck with grill, exercise room/sauna, and we have wifi available in the condo - your home away from home! This home is the ideal choice for 2 people looking for a welcoming, comfortable and stylish cabin feel home. Perfect for 2 but accommodates up to 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. This is an end unit and provides both privacy and peaceful serenity usually not associated with a condo. The majority of units in this complex are owner occupied or owner vacation users – not the place to come if you are looking for a party atmosphere! At least one guest must be 25 or older. There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted on the premises – no smoking of any type.

In the winter, the convenient location offers close proximity to five world-class ski resorts and access to a free Highland Greens managed private shuttle to the Breckenridge Ski Resort or into Breckenridge. Frisco and Lake Dillon is 10 minutes away, Keystone 15 minutes, Copper Mountain 20 minutes, Arapahoe Basin 20 minutes, and the Outlet shopping mall in Silverthorne 20 minutes away (Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, Coach, & more – 49 stores). Ski areas are 5 – 30 minutes away: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Copper Mountain and Vail/Beaver Creek.

Transportation to Breckenridge is never a problem. During the ski season, the free shuttle service runs every hour from 8am-5pm daily – picks up in the condo parking lot and drops you at the gondola, lifts or Main Street – you don’t have to worry about parking. Head out for a hassle-free day of skiing or go explore the many shops and restaurants that adorn Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. The shuttle has on-call service Friday and Saturday nights 6:00pm-11:00pm starting the Saturday after Thanksgiving – April 9. Additional evenings during the holidays - see schedule in lobby. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, snow shoeing, ice skating, sledding, dog-sledding, and sleigh rides. The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers many activities including swimming, racket ball, and rock climbing.

In the summer, use the paved bike/walking path trail just minutes from this vacation rental that runs from Breckenridge to the town of Frisco and beyond. There is also easy access to a wide selection of hiking and biking trails that wind through our National Forest. Other activities include rock climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, world-class golfing, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, miniature golf, sailing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and fly fishing. The Summit Stage is a year round free bus service in Summit County that runs between Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and you can even take it up to historic Leadville, at an elevation of 10,152 it is the highest incorporated city in the United States. This free transit runs 365 days a year, 5:40am-1:30am.

After a satisfying day on the mountain, cozy up next to the warm gas fireplace, watch a movie on the 40” LCD TV or play some games. The radiant in-floor heating keeps you warm and cozy during the winter months and the many windows and large patio encourage you to enjoy the wonderful Summer and Fall days.

The home is not up a steep mountain road so you won’t have to worry about getting stuck in the snow - 4 wheel drive is not necessary. Sorry but pets are not allowed – only owners are allowed to have pets which is an HOA regulation. This home does not have on-site cleaning amenities but it is equipped with all of the essentials you will need. Cleaning services are available at an additional rate. Free wifi is available in the condo and also in the lobby area.

This home is utilized and managed by the owners, with careful attention paid to every detail in order to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. Come stay with us and we’ll do our best to live up to your expectations!

We live in Loveland, Colorado and have been in the Colorado Springs/Boulder/Loveland areas for over 40 years. We love Breckenridge and this is our first mountain condo. There is nothing better than the beautiful Colorado mountains and Summit County is spectacular any time of the year!!

Everything we needed!

My husband and I and our adult children rented this unit for a family ski trip. We have rented at Highland Greens several times before. This unit was especially well maintained and stocked with everything that we needed. The sofa sleeper was surprisingly comfortable and the internet and cable were super reliable so that we could enjoy the March Madness games while making dinner after a hard day of skiing. Since it snowed all but one of the days that we were on the slopes, the washer and dryer were essential. The owners' instructions were well organized and super helpful. They were easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

A Comfortable Condo With Customer-Focused Owners

This is a comfortable condo with a well supplied kitchen. The property offers easy access via property shuttle to and from the Breckinridge resort and town center. The owners quickly responded in setting up the reservation, and an issue upon our arrival was so expediently solved it became a non-issue. I would highly recommend.
