This mountain hide-a-way feels like home and is only one block from Main Street and two blocks from BreckConnect. It has five bedrooms and three baths and was remodeled in 2007. The location is great for walking to the BreckConnect gondola, restaurants and shops. Enjoy mountain views from the six-person hot tub. One-car garage, three car driveway, front deck, and fenced backyard with deck.

The ground floor has an open floor plan with den, dining room, and kitchen equipped for 12. Den has cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player. Dining room has a wall of windows with a view of the mountains. The kitchen has sunny windows and granite countertops. The ground floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with stall shower. The bedrooms on this floor include one queen, a set of bunk beds, and a daybed with a trundle. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, window with a view and a master-bath with steam shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath with shower/tub.

The house is equipped with wireless high speed internet.

About Pam Inglis

We are Scott and Pam Inglis, displaced Texans living in New Jersey. Breckenridge is special to us. We have been coming here for 35+ years and feel it is our home away from home. After renting or staying with friends for many of those years, we finally found a home that suits us perfectly. It's casual and comfortable and fits our family of four plus various extended family and friends. Although most people come to Breckenridge for snow, we love the summer. We try to get out to Breckenridge as often as possible. Each season holds it's own charm. We hope you will be able to enjoy Breckenridge as much as we enjoy it.

Your house was lovely and fit all of us just right. I loved the gas stove, since that is what I have at home here in Boulder and I am the cook in the family. Everyone remarked how great and comfortable the beds were. We put up lights and a small artificial tree and the house had a real Christmas feel. The views from the dining room table are fabulous.

This place is PERFECT!

I had a group of friends from college join me at this home and z.o.m.g. was it amazing. The location quite literally couldn't be any better; we spent hours relaxing with coffee in the HUGE living room/dining room, and the hot tub was probably the best thing about the entire trip (aside from the mountains, of course)!

CanNOT wait to stay again. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

PS if you think you need coffee filters, you don't ;) The last 10 groups have purchased and left their extras :D

Perfect Location

The house is in a great location. Walkable to the gondola and downtown. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great House - Clean, Good location, everything you need!

House is very nice. Everything works and was clean and updated. Plenty of space for relaxing and garage was great for snowboards and skis. Hot tub and steam shower were awesome for after skiing. Easy 5 minute walk to the gondola, and same to great restaurants.

Great house - amazing location!

This house is a short walk to the gondola and to main street. Over 10 days, I only used my car when driving to the grocery store, to Frisco, or to another resort.

I also enjoyed the massive living and dining room - we spent quality time together in the large area, and we retreated to our bedrooms for sleep.

Great location perfect for large families!

We had a wonderful Christmas week. House was very comfortable. House was equipped with plenty of bedding, humidifiers, space heaters, board games, books and anything else we needed. Able to walk to the gondola for skiing and town for meals. Pam was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails prior to our arrival. We had no issues with the house and no suggestions for improvements! Thanks for sharing your home with our family
