Apartment/ flat - Corsano

Elegant and refined home-holidays with a beautiful 150mt2 garden.
The house is located at 1,5km (~1 mile) from the Adriatic Sea and 12km (7,5miles) away from the 'Ionio' beach.
This is a very comfortable house with two big rooms, a wide dinning room, a nice backyard with it's own table and chairs to even have the chance to have your outside meals, and an outside shower.
The house is pretty spacious and functional with it's wide garden, real comfort, quiet location and reduced prices in ratio of the number of people and lenght of your stay.
This house is located in one of the most beautifl beaches of the SALENTO area (Novaglie marine - S.M Leuca - Otranto - Torre Vado - Gallipoli).

The actual price is intended for two people and I can make a further price reduction if there are more than two people.
These prices are based on the number of people and how long are going to stay.
Kids (up to ten years old) are FREE and for older kids I could make a special offer.
This flat has been renewed on March 2013.

Superbe vacances
Merci à Rossano pour son accueil et sa bienveillance ainsi que toutes ses attentions pour notre arrivée. Sans oublier ses délicieuses tomates et son huile d olive. Une propreté irréprochable, tout était parfait. Nous étions un couple mais l appartement convient très bien pour 6 personnes. Rossano est à votre disposition si vous avez besoin de lui. FR : Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour en familles chez Rossano. Tout d'abord la maison est superbe, on s'y est senti comme à la maison, mais Rossano et sa famille y sont pour beaucoup, ils nous ont accueilli à bras ouvert ! Nous étions 4 et la maison, et bien que la maison ne soit pas immense nous ne sous sommes pas senti à l'étroit du tout. La terrasse est d'ailleurs vraiment un plus pour manger à l'extérieur tranquillement en profitant du soleil. La maison était très propre et avait le nécessaire (essuies, ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver...) cependant nous aurions bien aimer avoir quelques nécessaires de base pour un long séjour de 16 jours comme du sel, poivre, sucre... Mais ce n'est qu'un détail ! concernant l'hôte, nous nous sommes vraiment senti à l'aise chez lui, et lui sa femme et ses parents sont vraiment adorables ! Ils sont attentionnés et  nous ont même offert des tomates de leur jardin ! Vous pouvez contacter Rossano comme vous voulez il se présente des qu'il le peut pour répondre à vos besoins Je vous recommande vivement ce logement nous avons passés un agréable séjour et ne nous regrettons absolument pas d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour passer nos vacances dans notre ville d'origine, encore merci Rossano ! IT: Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in famiglia a Rossano. Prima di tutto la casa è superba, sembrava di essere a casa, ma Rossano e la sua famiglia sono per molti, ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte! Eravamo in 4 e la casa, e sebbene la casa non fosse enorme, non ci sentivamo affatto angusti. La terrazza è anche un vantaggio per mangiare fuori tranquillamente godendosi il sole. La casa era molto pulita e aveva il necessario (asciugamani, utensili da cucina, lavatrice ...) tuttavia vorremmo avere alcune necessità di base come sale, pepe, zucchero ... Ma questo è solo un dettaglio! Per quanto riguarda l'host, ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa, e sua moglie e i suoi genitori sono davvero adorabili! Sono attenti e ci hanno persino offerto pomodori dal loro giardino! Puoi contattare Rossano come preferisci per soddisfare le tue esigenze Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e non rimpiangiamo di aver scelto questo posto per trascorrere le nostre vacanze nella nostra città natale, grazie ancora Rossano!

Posto tranquillo pochi minuti dal mare supermercati vicinissimi .ottimo appartamento ,pulitissimo dotato di tutto cio che puo servire ad una famiglia ,proprietari disponibili per ogni cosa .ci siamo trovari veramente bene spero di ritornarci presto .
