Corner villa with independent entrance, private parking space outside and possibility of 2 parking spaces in the garden of 120 square meters. Barbecue outdoor shower with hot water, very spacious outdoor veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Inside large living room with kitchenette, and sofa bed bathroom with shower washing machine, bedroom with two beds that can be joined if necessary, large double bedroom, the whole house is served by air conditioning, wooden veranda also on the opposite side with passage from the hall

Gemütliches Wohnen und eine Top-Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation bei kleineren Problemen (Zisterne kurzzeitig leergelaufen, Stromausfall, weil zu viele Geräte aktiv waren) klappte reibungslos. Wir haben vor allem die Terrasse und den schönen, gepflegten Garten genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Der Aufenthalt war von vorne bis hinten perfekt. Das Häuschen ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und bietet sogar noch mehr Komfort als erwartet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit Kindern perfekt. Die Kommunikation Vorort war hervorragend und wir bekamen schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Gerne wieder! Familie Kümmeth

Schön!
Alles war bestens. Alles vorhanden gewesen. Das einzige was leider nicht geklappt hat, war die Waschmaschine. Es hat nur einmal geklappt mit Hilfe vom Besitzer. Habe deshalb nur einmal waschen können, mit drei Kinder sehr ärgerlich. Wollte aber nicht ständig den Besitzer kontaktierten. Ansonsten war alles super! Würden gerne wieder hin gehen, weil die Lage top ist und einfach alles vorhanden ist. Ich hoffe, dass die Waschmaschine ausgetauscht wird.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questa bella casa. Molto accogliente e in buona posizione per raggiungere sia le spiagge di Budoni sia quelle più a sud.
