Ocean front, very private, two bedroom condominium, situated on the second floor, with beautiful balcony and windows looking out over the brilliant bay and the island of Klein Bonaire. The very private property is situated along a long ocean front boulevard with a ~1.5 km walk towards the harbor area and direct access to the center of Kralendyk with plentiful excellent restaurants along this scenic walk. It is however far enough from the center that it is very quiet and private.
Swim directly in front of the condominium in the crystal clear caribbean waters at Playa Lechi Beach or in the communal pool in front of the condominium
Fully furnished and equipped for a sophisticated holiday, move in and move out without any fuss.
The Condominium is situated up one flight of stairs and has a very nice open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with views directly out to sea. All kitchen utensils and amenities, are present including a dishwasher and a pantry with a washing machine. There is free wifi internet access and TV available in the lounge. These have two separate beds each sleeping a total of 4 and both have luxury en suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned.
Bonaire is great for swimming, hiking, and cycling, with outstanding windsurfing at Lac Bay, just show up they have all the equipment you would need.
Of course SCUBA diving is second to none on Bonaire and can be done in front of the property.
Conveniently Dive Friends Bonaire @YellowSubmarine is just 150 yards along the boulevard from the apartment at Kaya Playa Lechi #24.
The condominium complex is surrounded by a fenced in garden, with private parking for cars as well as storage and hanging and rinsing facilities for diving equipment as well as a place to store rented bicycles.
(Diving, bike and scooter rental is conveniently available within 200 meters at diving and bike rental centers right on the beachfront)
The whole condominium complex was built in 2008 and has just been freshly repainted and is looking like new, with very nice tropically landscaped gardens.
Step outside the front gate and across the boulevard and you can step directly into the Caribbean. You will greatly enjoy your stay at this great location and wonderful island.
Daily Rental rates:
$171 per day inclusive, for 1-2 guests for a minimum of 7 days. (Weekly rate hence is $1200.00 irrespective of the season)
$20.00 per person per day for a 3rd and for a 4th guest
Please add: 15% service charge to the total rental amount.
Tourist Tax is Charged at
US$ 5.00 tourist tax per person per night ( for all guests 12 years and older)
For two persons for one week, that would be $70.00.

No cost transport arranged from airport to Elegancia 9 by rental agent.
Check out time is 10.30 am and check in time is 3pm to make sure that we can prepare for new guests.

Normal use of utilities is calculated at $ 15 per day and included in the above rental price (use over the daily allocated $15.00 utilities/electricity will be billed and charged at the end of rental period should this occur.)
A $300 (2 people) or $500 (4 people) security deposit to be returned on site by the Harbour Town rental agent will be required as a cash deposit on arrival in the Apartment
