Welcome to your luxury, ski-in and out (with a short, 2-3 minutes walk to ski run) 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms slope-side retreat, located in the Upper village - one of the prime locations in Whistler.

Fresh mountain air; amazing views from the top; fun and relaxing atmosphere are included in the price and waiting for you! :-)

This townhouse is on a ground level, no stairs inside. It features a large, private Hot Tub on the deck outside living room (works during ski season only- December to April); radiant heating of the tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms; high ceiling in the living room and free underground parking.

Having the hot tub on the deck near living room and not near bedroom ensures that you have a quiet night: no noise from motor/pump of the hot tub while you are sleeping.

We renovated this townhouse in the summer of 2014 with new appliances, lightening, electronics, granite counter-top in the kitchen and bathrooms, new mattresses in both bedrooms and new Weber gas BBQ on the patio.

The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, sofa-bed, Smart TV with new Blu-ray/DVD surround sound system with internet and Bluetooth connections.

Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth and enjoy music with great sound quality, sync YouTube videos, and a lot of other apps.

FREE Netflix in the living room and both bedrooms.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a toaster, blender, coffee maker (Keurig and a regular one), waffle maker, all cookware and new appliances.

Enjoy grilling your favorite meal on the new Weber gas BBQ on the patio!

The master bedroom has a queen bed with new Sealy Posturepedic Proback Reflex mattress, TV with Blu-ray player and Netflix streaming.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with new mattresses as well; TV with Blu-ray player and Netflix streaming.

2 twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king bed by request.

The layout is such that the 2 bedrooms are separated from each other if you want privacy.

The master bathroom has a full jet bath (Jacuzzi).

The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in dual shower room.

Free high speed (25MB) wireless internet is available within the condo and patio.

Phone long distance calls are free to Canada and USA.

In-suite laundry (washer, dryer). Laundry detergents provided.

Free underground parking for one car and guest parking for an additional car.

There is a locked bike storage adjacent to the underground parking- free for our guests.

A car is not necessary: a FREE bus shuttle stops each 10-30 minutes year round, the bus stop is about 100 meters (109 yards) from the complex; it will get you to the village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, concerts, kids playground, ice skating and other activities.

Walking distance to the village: 15-25 minutes; to Blackcomb base in the summer: about 10 minutes; you will find lots of attractions for kids in summer months there.

We are 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from Lost Lake- a popular place for country skiing, biking and swimming. Fairmont Chateau Golf Club is about 1 kilometer away from the complex.

Check-in and out is very easy, no matter how late you arrive: the entrance door is equipped with a key-less lock: enter the numbers combination that we would provide on the keypad, and that's it - you are in! No need to go somewhere to pickup a key and then to return it after check-out.

A detailed map with ski-in and ski-out routes and other info will be provided to our guests.

Smoking is absolutely not allowed. No pets. NO PARTY GOERS

Up to 5 persons total; 4 adults maximum.

Adult renter must be at least 25 years old.

Please note Hot Tub is turned OFF during shoulder seasons and summer months; approximately between May 1 and November 15

We love Whistler and everything it can offer. We purchased the townhouse in 2013; it has a great location; a large, private hot tub on a deck near living room that does not disturb you while you are sleeping; quiet; ski in/out.

What makes this townhome unique

Once we were in for the first time, we immediately felt that 'homey' feeling this place gives. That is why we decided to purchase it. This is our personal vacation home and we would love to share it with our guests.

Warm and comfortable unit in close proximity to ski field

In quiet location high up the hill with free shuttle close by for easy access to town. Ski-in ok, but not really ski-out given you have to walk uphill. The two single beds were bit uncomfortable and a double bed in their place would be preferred. The spa was dirty when we arrived and it sadly took two days to remedy.

A perfect holiday house for a family of 4

An excellent property - lovely, cosy and very comfortable. We felt at home from the minute we stepped inside. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the kitchen was great. The bus stop just up the road was very handy. Loved the cute squirrel eating nuts outside on the rocks each morning. Ski in rather icy and narrow so we chose the short walk up the road.

We have stayed in one of the Arrowhead Pointe condominiums for 5 different trips to Whistler and they have all been wonderful. This 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable with all the necessities to make the stay great. It works really well for 2 couples or 2 adults with 2 children. The owners are very accommodating. It is a great ski-in/ski-out and wonderful to have a hot tub to soak out the sore muscles at the end of a great ski day. Highly recommended!

Liked the fact it was quiet in the evenings and nestled in the woods, but close enough to walk to Blackcomb Village. Bus stop just up the road and free on weekends in summer. Lots of amenities, cozy kitchen, dining and open area. Not a lot of cupboard space for food, so kept most on counters and in totes we brought with us. Highly recommend and anticipate being returning guests.
