It is a five minute drive to Saguaro National Park East and the Fred Enke Public Golf Course. The Rincon and Catalina Mountains are close by. Pima Community College and riding stables are a short two minute drive. Mt. Lemon ski area is less than an hour. We are located in the extremely desirable Community of Civano that offers many amenities including: 2 Swimming Pools, Walking Paths, Tennis Courts, Soccer Field, Fitness Center and Friendly Community. Civano has been rated 'Best New Community' by Sunset Magazine!

Love Civano neighborhood
The four of us enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Civano home despite the unusually cool and rainy weather! Used the front and side patios quite a bit. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, vinegars, oils, etc. We hiked the nearby Saguaro East trails and walked the neighborhood many times, meeting friendly people along the way. Would stay in Civano again. Appreciated owner Craig’s quick response to a plumbing issue.

We stayed here for a week while attending a college baseball event.
All great except the second bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable. Everything else was cool and in a very nice neighborhood. Neighborhood pool and tennis court is very nice but pool was not heated. Probably not a concern in Tucson most of the year;) overall great stay here.

Civano house
The house was well stocked and well organized. It was clean and very unique Craig was great to work with and fast to reply to my questions I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Tucson. It was definitely home away from home.
