This bright and airy corner unit on the fourth floor, with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, has lots of natural, south facing light. Nicely furnished, new appliances, large closet in master bdm, free WiFi, 50 inch TV in the living room, 40 inch TV in the master bedroom, and a 32 inch in the second bedroom, makes this condo a great alternative to Vancouver hotels.

The building is at the corner of Nelson and Burrard streets, right at the centre of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: steps away is the famous Robson Street, food trucks to chic restaurants, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street. You'll find the nightlife of Granville Street, the financial and business districts, museums, art galleries, theaters, Gastown, Yaletown, Cruise Ship Terminal, Convention Center, BC Place Stadium, Stanley Park, and Skytrain (Vancouver's subway) and so much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport. The condo is also only a few blocks from a Skytrain Station. Here the Canada Line connects directly to YVR airpot in less than 25 minutes.
