Lovely home
Well-equipped home with a great view. Observed some wildlife as well. The fire pit was a great evening gathering space in the fall. Comfortable beds.

Celebrating Dad's 70th Birthday
Barbara's home was plenty big enough for our family of eighteen. The kids especially loved hanging out in the game room. We would definitely book this home again.

Great family friendly lake house !!!
As empty nesters, it is a challenge to get the family together each year for our annual birthday bash. This lake house didn’t disappoint. There was ample room for our adult children and their significant others with everyone having an actual bed to sleep in and not a bunk bed 😉. Loved the openness of the living, kitchen and dining area, which allowed us to all be able to hang out together. The large island was fabulous for the breakfast and dinner buffets and loved the nostalgic can opener. We had one small issue but the owner was very responsive and it was resolved immediately. The view of the lake was amazing, which definitely ranks this lake house as a five star. Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful lake home to our family.

80th Birthday party with family
Very nice accommodation and comfortable for our large group. Game room was fun, outdoor area was beautiful and spacious for coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening. Kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped with all appliances and dinner ware. Dock and swimming areas were fun for everyone, swam every day. Mike and Barbra were great hosts and readily available if needed. We definitely would stay again.

We are a family of six from Brentwood, Tennessee with a love of hiking and spending time together outdoors. We bought this home to bring family and friends for a gathering place close to home, to relax after a stressful week at school or work, and to enjoy the beauty of the lake, tall and flowering trees, and abundant wildlife. We looked at many lake homes in Kentucky and Tennessee and fell in love with the wrap-around porch leading to spectacular views of the lake and the great room with two story windows inviting you to unwind, relax and entertain. We have fun coming up with new ideas and projects for the lakehouse. The most recent addition is the parking pad and stone fire pit which my husband and I dreamed about and built together. It is a privilege and joy to share our oasis on the lake with people wanting to celebrate and gather with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. Views, views, view. 5 bedrooms and large entertaining areas.

What makes this property unique

Best view on the lake. Private deep water dock.
