About Peter Caro & Kelly Friend

We are both from NY. We have a large family and are avid skiers. Our family has been coming to Killington for 30 years and we feel that this area has so much to offer everybody.

Peter Caro & Kelly Friend purchased this house in 2015

Why Peter Caro & Kelly Friend chose Pittsfield

This property has been in our family for 30 years (my dad bought it for us but unfortunately is no longer with us to see the house) and we want to share everything we love about the property and the area with others. We have been skiing at killington our whole life and we know that you will love it as much as we do. The location of the house to a multitude of outdoor activities is what brought my dad and our family here so long ago.

Amazing time!

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I rented the house for my traditional skii birthday weekend. The house was perfect... cozy but also very spacious. The game room was awesome! And most importantly everyone slept like a baby! We all loved the house!

Great house, neat and clean, well stocked

  • 5 of 5

It was our 8th reunion, first stay at this house. House was everything the ad said. House was in supper condition, very well kept and stocked. Plenty of room for the 12 of us, both sleeping and eating. We are in the process of looking for next years date so we can book again. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place near killington. Just be careful of the road if it snows, can be a little slick, but not Peters fault he doesn''t own the road!!!!

Looking forward to next yeat.

Owner's Response: Dana We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Yes- all of the roads in the area can be slick during the winter. Our town is very quick to plow and our property manager plows the driveway for all snow falls greater than 4"

Wonderful, spacious, well equipped house

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay the last week of December 2017. The house looks unassuming when you drive up until you walk in and experience two full levels of living space. It was very spacious and very clean. It still had a new house smell and we enjoyed the new appliances, furniture, bedding and super comfy mattresses. The owners were very helpful and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. The location was perfect for skiing at Killington and Pico, which we tried to do but due to freezing weather we spent lots of time in front of the fire place and in the rec room, as well as cooking home cooked meals.

Exceeded Expectations

  • 5 of 5

We are a frequent renter on VRBO. The property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. it was well stocked, bigger than expected and very nicely decorated. Special attention was paid to every aspect of the house. There are multiple areas to hang out with privacy from a group if you desire. There areNumerous TV's with HD and Netflix available as well as good WIFI. Paul was very responsive and answered questions/concerns quickly. We appreciated not having to shop for soap, bags, etc. Would highly recommend this home for any occasion.
