This 25m2 property is located in a small quiet residence perched on the top of the typical part of Banyuls. Its exceptional location - facing south - gives it a superb brightness in all seasons and offers a superb panoramic view of the bay of Banyuls (sea-mountain and village) while being less than 5 minutes walk from the main beach and the center of the village where you will find restaurants, shops accessible by flowery stairs lined on both sides of small houses. It is perfectly equipped: fully equipped kitchen with new induction table, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc., large storage space. The bedding is quality. In short, a studio where it is good to live.

La location est conforme à l'annonce .la vue est belle.le petit studio pratique à l'usage Néanmoins à déconseiller aux seniors non spotifs ( ce ne fut pas notre cas ) car la montée est rude ! Dans la colline ,pas de petits café ni de points de vente de viennoiseries pour un petit dej à domicile .Dommage

magnifique séjour
j'ai passé 15 jours début juillet dans ce magnifique studio très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Banyuls et la mer méditerrannée. Ce très beau studio aux tons bleus et blancs est situé sur les hauteurs de Banyuls dans une résidence très calme et à 5-10 minutes des plages des environs qui sont sublimes ! si l'on a pas de voiture il est conseillé d'avoir de bonnes jambes car il faut monter et descendre escaliers ou ruelles pour aller en ville ou à la plage ! très belle accueil de Louisette, la propriétaire, qui a pu me faire déguster le Banyuls, apéritif local savoureux ! je recommande ! (le Banyuls et le studio...)
