(10 meters away).

Once you park your car you won't need it until you leave.

This condo is an easy walk to the villages pubs and restaurants.

This condo has a semi shared hot tub connected to the kitchen. It is only shared with 3 other condos.

This condo is set up to sleep 4 adults comfortably with 2 queen beds . Also has 1 futon in living room if you want to squeeze in 2 more people.

There is a wood pellet fireplace to make the place feel nice and cozy.

There is a fully functional kitchen with cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, and cookware.

There is a TV with basic cable, apple tv, and a dvd player

Comfortable and awesome location on the mountain, just like the ski run it is off of “Perfection”

Tim’s place was clean, awesome wood pellet fire place stove,kitchen had everything, good big refer, coffee maker, big washer and dryer, private hot tub, the otherpeople in units not around most of the time to use it, but the highlight of this units location is the sunset ,every day, sessions bar and grill right outside to set this awesome atmosphere !! Loved it every day!! You have to be there to appreciate it!! The Bldg is a little older but still well built, it’s hard to hear what’s going on outside, solid double wall construction, even double windows, the parking requires a little effort, but once you are parked you don’t need your car in Bigwhite, Tim (owner) is real good on returning your texts for questions, beds are comfortable, plenty pillows and blankets, good tv for movies with Netflix’s, the other plus for this unit is there are 3 separate entrances, 2 entrances is primary for ski in/ ski out, right to hot tub,right to the ski locker, and 10 steps to the ski run, this unit is the true ski in/out , cannot beat it, easy walk to town (5 mins) cut thru back walkway, don’t follow roads, the only thing you will need to remember is to take a shower before 5:00pm or wait for next morning, the hot water is limited , but for the price compared to other places on the mountain, this unit is well worth it, we will be back in the future if property is available.

This is a little place older building but we love it. Our 5th Year staying in the same place.

Has stairs down to it, it's right on slope side easy to lifts. Small but clean. Comfy beds. The restaurant bar right next door some noise but nothing major.

Great place for ski in/out

I would rate it 4.5 stars if half stars were possible. Our party of four stayed here for two nights and we were more than satisfied with the accommodation. The unit was clean and comfortable and fully furnished with most things needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The only suggestion for renters is maybe to bring a couple of your own pots and pans as the ones in the unit are quite scratched up and well used. The hot tub is just outside the kitchen door in a separate common room - it is quite private and none of the sharing units used it while we were there. The old love seats mentioned in other posts seemed to have been replaced, because the ones in the unit are different from those in the pictures - one long and black sofa (I'm assuming can be folded out, we didn't try) and a very comfy electric recliner that most people could probably fall asleep in with no problems. The in suite washer and dryer is definitely a bonus. Being able to light a fire in the wood fireplace made the condo extra cozy - wood logs are kept in the storage chest under the TV.

The location of the condo is steps away from the "Perfection" trail so it was very convenient for ski in/out - at the end of the trail is access to multiple chair lifts. If you're planning on renting equipment you can pick them up the night before and ski right out of the complex without having to make a trip into the village. Also just steps away is a pub, which made it great for quick bites and drinks. We did not have any problems with noise since we were there during the weekdays. Access to the village centre is a quick 5 minute walk through some neighbouring complexes parking lots.

Parking availability could be a hit or miss situation. When we arrived, the designated parking spot for the unit was buried under a large wall of snow. Luckily we were able to contact the building manager, Eric, and he was able to make arrangements for us. Because it wasn't so busy during the days we were up at Big White, and because we were there for only a few nights, we were able to park a second car - you just need to ask the building manager if it is at all possible.

Communication with the unit owner was efficient and detailed and timely. We didn't have any problems in this area. We would definitely book this condo again in the future.
