Here it is: a vacation condo with one of the best locations in Park City. Want to vacation with all the kids or your favorite group of ski buddies? This spot is about grabbing your skis and getting right to the snow. Easy, like every great vacation should be.

Roxy is a three-story, three-bedroom town home that sleeps as many as nine. Two fireplaces, a full kitchen, and a cute deck with gas grill makes for an ideal ski vacation rental.

There is also a recreation center for the condo complex featuring heated pools in winter and both an indoor and outdoor hot tub for easing your muscles after a great day of skiing!

The Master Bedroom is located on the 3rd floor featuring a King bed, pullout single chair bed, HDTV, and ensuite bathroom for your own oasis.

The Main floor features a open living plan. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, HDTV and the little deck for grilling or a refreshing cup of coffee in the morning! The room is open to the dining room (seating for 8), half bath tucked away, and the newly remodeled kitchen! Beautiful new cabinetry, stone floors and appliances to make family meals after a long day of skiing.

The lower floor features 2 more bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and windows to enjoy waking up in the trees. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a 2 sets of twin over full bunkbeds. The lower level also features a full size washer/dryer (squeezed in as best we could).

The location is just fantastic. You are just a short stroll down to the main parking lot to get on the cabriolet (so you don't have to walk uphill!) Or the same stroll uphill right into the resort's main plaza, featuring restaurants, shopping, spas, a small grocery store and a little state liquor store featuring just enough for a nice meal. Naturally, the main plaza is where you can get you day started on the mountain - take the gondola up and have your choice of the mountain, or take the Orange bubble and hit the North side first. No matter which you choose its going to be a great day!

About Debbie

The owners of Roxy (and her cousins Betty & Sheila and her big brother Tigh Shebeen) were both born into career military families. As a result, world travel is stamped into their genetic material. When Park City came onto their radar back in 1997, they knew they needed to put down roots. Those roots became permanent when they acquired Tigh Shebeen and made Park City their full time residence. They now manage all their properties (one house and 5 condos) locally. And, lucky you, they're willing to share. Tigh Shebeen is available to rent at select times throughout the year.

This is a great property for family ski vacations. Convenient and well designed.

This was a perfect property for our family ski vacation. Its very convenient to the Canyons resort which allows you to access Park City as well. And it is only a 10 minute drive to Deer Valley. The layout of the condo is very comfortable. We were just one family, but the set up would also be perfect for two couples with children. The owner was also very helpful and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again next time we come to Park City.

Western Ski Trip

We were very please with the accommodation. Kitchen well equipped. Everything comfortable. We chose this condo because it was within walking distance of the cabriolet. We certainly could have walked; however because we had a seven year old with us we decided to drive each day. Just a two minute drive and no problem with parking. We skied the Canyons and Deer Valley for four days, and on the fifth day went to Alta. We were reluctant to travel to Alta because of the extra driving and we were unsure of the snow conditions. It was well worth the drive. We were delighted to experience good conditions and what must be an absolutely fabulous resort when there is powder. All in all, a great ski experience!

Fantastic stay

We could not have been more pleased with the condo! It's a short walk to the lift that takes you to the top of the mountain.

The kitchen is great and we ended up cooking dinner every night and eating dinner around the huge dining room table that seats 7.

3 couples shared the house and we all had plenty of space.

Deb the owner was very responsive and helpful, when I couldn't find something inside!

I highly recommend this condo if you plan to ski the canyons.

The easy walk to Canyons Village gives you immediate access to 19 chairlifts, 4,000 acres of skiable terrain, and an average of 355 inches of snow each winter. Bottom line, you're walking up to the lift at the largest ski and snowboard resort in Utah. With great restaurants and shopping right there, you may never get in the car.

That said, there are temptations. Two more of the country's top ski resorts are just a few minutes away by car or the free Park City shuttle bus.
